Ahh... sitting on the porch enjoying a cool breeze and a warm cup of tea. It feels like Fall finally. My favorite time of the year. I love the crisp feel of the air, and the mountains when the leaves change color. Halloween cheers, costumes, pumpkin carvings, and pumpkin pies are in my near future!!

I am making dinner for roomies tonight. Should be yummy. Pad Thai noodles stir fired with asparagus, carrots, peas and tofu. The sauce has a very nice sweet peanutty flavor. I'll have a happy belly tonight!
