In answer to Freud's rather insensitive question, I'm not sure. I probably want much the same as you, except I'd also want a therapist /psychoanalyst to believe my tales of sexual abuse, should there be any... I guess I would also recomend the following artifacts to old Sigmund wondering what a woman thinks/wants... or at least the sorts of things I happen to think or want:
Love, Loss, and What I Wore -- A simple book, possibly trite, but it sums up the nature of memories, at least for me;
The Piano, particularly the scene where Ada kisses the mirror, but so many other little moments throughout the movie (see also An Angel at My Table). Jane Campion nails it so often!;
PJ Harvey or Karen Finley, either one will do, live.
