I love summertime so much...

I'm stuck on the new Prodigy album...wasn't a huge fan in the past but I really think the new album is solid. Aside from that, been listening to a lot of Stones and The Stooges.

Dyed my mohawk orange/red...nice to have some color after all those years of black.

This week has been great for shows! Saw Dillinger Escape Plan Thursday night...Damn what a good show! Venue they played was super small, so it gave it that up close and crazy vibe. Probably the best show I've seen this year.

Last night I saw my buddies The Bastards and Mouth Of The Architect at Carabar. Great show, but damn, some people sure dress and look funny these days! Guess I just don't understand man-pri's...I managed to get a decent recording of both these groups' show last night with my handy new portable recorder...sometimes technology is really neat. It was my first time seeing my old friends Dave Mann and Kevin Schindel play since they've been in Mouth Of The Architect, and even though most of the crowed cleared after Struck By Lightning (another great band that played last night), it was a killer set that they played. All I can say is anyone who left before Mouth played missed out...and was probably a wanker anyways.

As for my own music...my first full length album is completed. I'm finishing up artwork for it and I hope to finally realease it by the end of summer/early fall (I've been pushing this back forever, but its been a MASSIVE undertaking). I need to get this shit finished so I can push on with new material. Stay posted on that number.

Also, I'll be working the Bob Dylan/Willie Nelson show in two weeks at Fifth Third field in Dayton. All I can say is, the moment I meet up with Willie I'm gonna give him a J.
