Apologies for my last blog, I had a couple of days where I let my break up take over, and it really hurt to the point of overflowing into everything else. Now I'm not exactly okay, but I'm back in control of how I'm feeling and not quite so utterly consumed by it all.
I figure I have to go back to making time for myself, and my friends, because maybe I do have some friends who care more than I realised, and I need to respect and thank them for that.
So, Last week I went to see Nickelback at the NIA in Birmingham with my best friend
Daughtry supported and I cant believe I've not already been their biggest fans! He's like a sexier tattooed Vin Diesel right?
Then the big guys themselves came on <3
I prefer Chad with long hair, but I guess that's just what I like these days hehe
And then they brought Daughtry back on to join them for one
The drummer did the craziest solos for literally around five minutes, sweat was pouring from the guy!! everytime he slowed and everyone went nuts thinking he was done he'd fire back up again! It was the craziest thing I've seen in a long time. That guy is a legend. Big big respect.
Then they did a crazy encore, obviously, with my best friends favourite song, Burn it to the ground.
Then last night I went to see slash
Oh My Holy Jeesus!!
The support band Ginger wildheart were ace! I hadn't heard of them but they were so energetic and their drummer was brilliant (I think I may have a new thing for drummers brewing here)
And obviously the men themselves, we were in seated, but it was brilliant cause everyone stood for the whole gig and danced like we were in the pit! I cant sit still at gigs at all haha
Then I went home to see my boy who never lets me down
Who was so cute, I haven't hung out with him for ages and he Watched Gravity Falls with me (I'm distraught I've watched episode 11 now, there's almost none left!!)
So yeah, lots of gigs! Then this weekend I'm seeing Young Guns with Marmozets and We are the in Crowd, but I'm going alone, so il see how that goes. Next week I've got Bowling for soup which I CANNOT WAIT for, a big group of us are going to that, its going to be amazing in every single possible way.
Then the beginning of november has Twin Atlantic the scottish sweathearts and Less than Jake who very first stole my gig virginity and keep coming back for more 
And after that its my birthday and christmas!!
So yeah, lots of gigs, I like gigs, and I missed them alot during the summer, I wish my camera or camera phone were slightly better at coping with taking pictures, but never mind!
Although thinking of christmas, its going to be a quiet one here, il be working christmas eve til late and boxing day so I cant get public transport anywhere... I was planning on just going to my bfs but... Oh well! I've had a christmas alone before, I shall just eat lots in my PJs all day and chill the fuck out for once!
