so, there were colombian exchange students staying at my mom's. everytime i told someone about them, there was a crack reference. they were nice though. well, santiago was nice. arnold didn't know any english and was incredibly shy. i took them sledding w/ some of my crazy friends, and they enjoyed themselves. it's kinda sad that they're gone.

on a positive note, i discovered sweet potato french fries last weekend. BEST. FOOD. EVER. (sweet potatoes, along w/ other foods, are listed as one of my vices....mmmmm, sweet potatoes... ). whilst eating the fries, i declared that i'm going to buy a deep frier just so i can make sweet potato french fries. i don't see that happening anytime soon, but i wouldn't put it past me. (on a sidenote as to how crazy i am for sweet potatoes, i just had some at my mom's. i won't go into details, but it's safe to say i go a little overboard w/ the sweet potatoes. i mean, this entry is testament to that fact.)

so, goodnight, and try some sweet potato french fries if you've never had them. (i had mine at clark's. which makes me sad b/c i don't live near a clark's and don't know anywhere else that makes them. let me go cry now.)
