Well, Brian left for NY at 6 this morning. We always have fun when he comes for a visit. Kevin gets to cook every night for an audience that isn't me! LOL and I get to play chess and see a good movie! He whooped my ass at chess incidentally. Doesn't normally happen, he was really happy. The bugger.
We saw King Kong. Wow. They did such an awsome job with that movie. I loved that so many of the scenes are direct takes from the original. You gotta see it. It rocks.
As much as I miss seeing Brian cause he only visits twice a year or so, I'm glad when he leaves after three days. You know, house back to yourself so you can wander around in your underwear again. Ahhhhh.
In other news, the refrigerator door is staging a revolt, aided and abetted by the freezer which insists on forming ice outside of the door. We'll be calling in the hammer and chisel brigade later to quell the isurgency. I'm not allowed to be present. Last time I tried, I punctured one of the freon lines. Oops. new fridge.
