I AM ON MY LAPTOP RIGHT NOW!!!!

I'm not gonna tell you where I am using my laptop, though, cuz some would consider it an abuse of wifi.

the only problem with this, and I'm not gonna bitch TOO much about it, is that I've gotta go through this thing and change all the little settings i've been learning about since I originally purchased the thing, that made it mine. My laptop feels... distant and emotionally cold to me right now, if that makes sense.

that, and pretty much EVERYTHING i had on there was lost. I'm talking about 9 MONTHS' worth of dumping from my digital camera, all gone. I am REALLY upset about that, more than anything.

Serves me right for trusting technology, eh?

I think my favorite pictures of my wife, the last ones I ever got to take of her, are on the hard drive I ripped outta our desktop puter before I gave it to her, though... and most of my music files were backed up on there as well. but, I still lost a bunch of work-related data, as well as every episode of Invader Zim and Drawn Together, my mc chris collection, and my IE favorites.

now begins the rebuilding... and a dedication to backing shit up.
