Its easy to tell who the villains are. Villains laugh when its not funny and they have no long term goals they want to destroy the world here and now but never think about what they're going to do next week. Most of them were scientists till an experiment went horribly wrong or they were dumped by their girlfriend. Im such a dork I actually put some thought into that.
