first of all, no tip needed Second of all, you live in some crazy weather changes that can and will directly affect your skin. Especially right now when its cold and dry. Im glad to hear that you try to exfoliate and moisturize sometimes, but what are you using? Product selection and how you use it is very important! Do not go to a drug store or grocery store or k-mart/walmart to buy your skin care products. they're cheap for a reason. I use and recommemend Dermalogica. you can find it online at www.dermalogica.com. It is a bit pricey but its some gooood shit! You need to use a cleanser formulated for your skin type(not a bar of soap), a toner after you cleanse(wash), and a moisturizer for your skin type morning and night. the best thing to do is find a spa close to you that has Demalogica and the esthetician there will be able to do a skin ananlysis on you properly. I can only do so much without actually seeing your skin. It sounds like you are very dry and dehydrated so you need your cleansers, toners, and moisturizers to be formulated for dry skin. Hope I helped a little.
