Although I am really close to submitting my Navy Surface Warfare Officer packet for selection, I thought it would be a good idea to prepare for the Army Physical Fitness Test.
After Boot they expect all soldiers to be able to preform a certain number of reps of push ups, sit ups, and a tw0-mile run.
As of right now, I will be starting with the minimum and then moving my way up to get the highest scores possible.
Minimum:
60 Push Ups
50 Sit Ups
Two-mile run time of sub 16:36
Fitness has been my thing for the last couple of years so this should not be a problem, however I really want to do the best possible before Boot because I will go up the ranks faster.
