While I was out mowing the lawn I came across our lemon tree. It's always been there, but last year, I didn't go out in the yard so I never saw it. I was stunned to see fruit, real fruit growing in my backyard. This stuff doesn't happen in Ohio. I remember me and my friends rewinding the scene in Clueless where Cher pulls the lemon off the tree from inside the house over and over. We thought it was hilarious. We may have been high from natural gas leaking into the house from cracks in the basement, but that's another entry...

I have been stressed out a bit lately and I so I decided to a little break and make some homeade lemonade. I found a great little recipe courtesy of Mrs. Paula Deen:
