Pleasant surprise of the day- free cable! Let's hope it lasts, at least until season three of The Shield is over.

First thing I watched was the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ceremony on VH1, mainly to see Prince. He come on a bit too show bizy, but came back later in a bright red pimp hat to demonstrate that he remains a serious badass. He unleashed a blistering solo during While My Guitar Gently Weeps, threw his guitar up in the air, and strutted off stage like he fuckin' owned the night. Wow...
