Crisis averted! we are moving into the apartment next door!
it's a bit bigger and a bit more private with windows tht face the street instead of the courtyard.
it's cheaper than anything that we found elsewhere.
the neighbourhood still sucks but we can handle that, i guess, until we save enough money to get out of here and into humboldt county.
and no, i do not smell like patchouli.
i actually hate the smell.
