man.. i feel like im going to barf. i hate confrontation and i hate angry customers. today i know some douche is going to come in first thing in the morning to throw down because he called yesterday and said thats whats up. someday when customers realize they arent always right us folk with shit customer service jobs lives will be better. i mean really...if you flip out and treat me like shit because you cant have your way so you throw a temper tantrum like a fucking 2 year old does that really make your day better? blah. thats why im a hermit.

1. todays rosies 17th birthday. shes still fucking tuff and keeping the team strong. shes my cat if you didnt know.

3. new kids reunion tour. come on..awesome!

Yeah I'm enjoying working with the kiddies. Last weekend I spent all weekend looking like the vide game god I am *adjusts his glasses* and was housing Metal gear on my PS3 but that's the rigors of working where I do lol.
