i'd put it towards a nice new side table and some custom-framed art for my apartment. i actually got about an $800 refund a few months back, and i still can't quite remember what i spent it all on..

And i love how you name bitchy customers after what they order...I may start doing that..I got totally bitched out by a woman the other day over a matter of something costing 68 cents (she wanted it for free). But she did apologize kind of sheepishly later..that made me feel better.
