Took my first long ride today. It was a two hour journey north to my parents. I left around 9:30 AM and drove straight through. Not that bad other than two hours with a helmet on started to give me a slight headache. Luckily the headache wasn't until a few minutes before I got to my parents. My wrists started to cramp as well. I realized that cross winds freak me a bit as I approached the expressway that goes around Doylestown. It was only really freaky when I opened the bike up and stated flying. I could feel the wind pushing from one side and then the other. The way back went smooth. I decided to stop for a few minutes in Doylestwn to take in the scenery and enjoy a coffee. I figured that the stop over would hopefully prevent the headache issue. It worked. I'm going to look at a different helmet since this one is a loaner. My helmet is back ordered until July so I should try to get the size issue right before it is too late. I'm going to make this journey again in two weeks. There are places back home that I haven't seen since I was a child so I'm taking my camera for some exploring.

It will be very tought for me, since I go to pubs and nightclubs like 3 or 4 times a week, and our culture revolvs around alcohol, yesterday I was saying goodbye to someone who's traveling and everyone was drinking and I said no, I was just drooling.
