I got my wisdom teeth taken out. It feels weird without them. They have been fully in there since I was 13. I've had them longer than half my life and now they are gone. The dentist told me that top two were really bad which I kind of new myself. As he was yanking on them I could here the cracking and crunching echoing inside my head. The magnify this effect I put on Curtis Roads - Point Line Cloud because his copositions sound like objects being torn to shreds and breaking apart. It is the result of granular synthesis done by one of the pioneers in that field. The playlist really set the mood. Anyhow back to the teefs. They gave me all of these drugs to ease pain and to also calm me down during the process. They told me to have accompany me home. I told them I would be fine but they insisted so I had Mio meet me. Actually I walked out of there perfectly fine as if nothing had happened. I wanted to tell the dentist about my past with partying and that the the drugs were not going to effect me but then realized that some things are better a mystery. So now I have painkillers that I will save until the pain goes away. Champagne and painkillers are a perfect night out.
On Saturday I went for the first of two motorcycle riding classes. Damn, so much fun! I suggest that everyone should do it. The course is for the most part free. You have to pay for your permit and license which you would without the course anyhow. The bikes are little 150cc and 250cc motorcylces that only go about 15 mph. The course in PA is Motorcycle Safety Program. The course is offered all over the country. If all goes well I should have this in about 2 weeks: Yamaha 2006 YZF-R6
As preparation for the dentist I went to a Aoi on Sunday. The best part is that I got to go with EVY a friend that is really dear to me. She is someone I miss hanging out with. We always had a good time together and there was never any stress or awkwardness. Just good times. The sushi was great. It is this little place that has a buffet. You are seated at the table and they take an order from you of the different pieces you want. It runs on a point system. For each "round" as I will call it, you are entitled to 15 points. You can go for as many rounds as you like. The only important thing is that you have to eat everything you order. Aoi frowns on waste so they will make you pay for the items you don't eat. The sushi is amazing. The girls that work there are really sweet and friendly. Overall my favorite sushi place in the city. I can't wait because I'm going back soon with my Tzo.
I've got a final in a few hours and then I'm off to see an art showing of Tzo's pieces.
