I took another stab today at Comcast On Demand. The televison is my nemesis so usually I avoid it. Today I decided to give it one more chance. Much to my suprise the damn thing worked. No error messages. Just pure Children of Bodom jamming away at Needled 24/7. Fuck damn metal is always good. Cheesy keyboard solos. What more could I ask for?
I've been sitting here waiting for a friend to sign on(maybe I should call) and straightening the place up. He said he could get me a really good deal on an Arai motorcycle helmet. Really sweet black frosted color. Even the labeling is blacked out. The last we talked he said real cheap. Somewhere around half price possibly. $200 is way better than $400 so I'm a bit happy. More money for a bigger down payment on the bike.
I took a visit to a friends last night to discuss an upcoming monthly that I can play. Seems like a fun time so as it stands I should be playing on June 1st. Time to hustle it up and get the set back into a playable form. I've got a few ideas for how it can work and I also woke up today with an idea for track/sound design element to work in. I haven't play anywhere in over a year so I'm looking forward to it. Take the excitement and use it to fuel myself into getting 2 other sets complete by July. See if I can push into a festival coming up.
