I have forgotten so much of what I have all ready accomplished in my life... silly me. It's just so hard for us depressives to accept happiness. It takes getting used to. It's like walking in a foreign land and not knowing the language. Damnit though, I'm much better than I was two or three years ago. Yay me!! Give myself some credit damnit
