I love breakfast foods and especially pancakes. I make a lot of different types of them, but these pictures are of giant Buttermilk hotcakes, or “Truck Stop Pancakes,” as I like to call them. They actually broke that flipper in making them, and I had to go out to buy a new, bigger one.

Just look how big these 2 suckers are!

And what are pancakes without bacon, eggs and Chuck?
