A person I've know for about a year told me about an idea he had to open a business . He wants to take what another company is doing and improve it label it and call it his own . ( the good ole american way ) The thought is more than sound and if it's run properly will make a lot of money . The problem lies in the fact that this "friend" of mine is addicted to roxy's . This is a pretty common problem with people in their late twenties around here . So I did some research on the idea and found some people that would give me alot of business . My friend want's me to partner with him in his business adventure . He's had his own company and ran it well until his little drug problems . Now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard spot . The work I found , I found on my own and is a substancial amount more than what he has . With that said would it be right to open my own business without him if I didn't steal his contracts ? Or should I split the company with him knowing that there is a chance that he'll fuck up .
