I've been away for quite a while as I haven't had much time to spend home in front of my computer. It's summer and I NEED to be out, rather than being stuck in my oven-like apartment in Santa Ana.
I had a gig as a bartender, which was fun -- even though $6,000 were stolen from the bar (that wasn't me, I promise.)
Went to several shows, including Garbage and Aterciopelados. Gonna see Lucinda Williams next week.
My phone got disconnected for a week, which sucked. Since the phone line is only used for the DSL, I thought there was a problem with the DSL, while my line was actually dead.
My fridge isn't working anymore - I had to throw everything away..including all the ice creams
Fortunately there is mostly bottles of alcohol and juice in the fridge, since I often dine out.
I'm pretty excited as I'm gonna be traveling all September. Early September I'm going to Mexico city for a few days and 2 days after I come back, I'm leaving for France for 3 weeks, including a week of partying in Paris. I'm looking forward to it.
