Megan and i had a long discusson over breakfast. [which was shared in a cute little cafe/bookstore called Characters]
Mostly about [ex] friends and my boy issues.
the requirements i have...
he has to be interested in body modification.
he has to be drug free. Minor recreational use is permitted. Maybe once a week? Preferrably, once per big party.
most importantly though. He has to be Nerd-core. Like M. and myself.
i want to do my first suspension this summer. My boyfriend better fucking be able to have long-ass conversations about this. And he best be ready to reassure me everytime I get second thoughts.
when i was younger and tampered with drugs... I'd first fully research them before trying them. I still have some awesome drug sites on my computer. I'd want to know about the side effects. Whether it's long term or short term. I'd research exactly what goes on in my body when i take a particular drug. [i did mostly hard drugs... and look.. not addicted. "not everyone has the self-discipline that you do" - Taya Fraser. Yeah.. well.. this is why i don't get along with "everyone"]
And i'd still rather go running or cut than take adivan. Because i don't particularly like drugs. If i'm in a big group of people. And if everyone's high or drunk... I'll probably be equally high or drunk. But only because they're such FUCKING IDIOTS when i'm sober. I'd have to be a little intoxicated to be amused. Otherwise, i don't have the patience for that particular environment.
If i hear a word i don't know, or if there's a topic i know very little about being discussed.. I will remember the word, or key words within the discussion, and "google" it when i get home.
Megan does the same thing. And there has to be guys out there equally geeky for me to love.
