Just some random thoughts today:
- I'm really thankful to live in one of the very few countries where a show like "Little Mosque on the Prairie" coudl exist. I sincerely doubt the US, Britain or France would air it, let alone have it succeed.
- I'm even more thankful that I live in a country where domestic terrorism is not really a threat. I don't like being afraid and living in Canada, I'm not.
- There's a good chance Canada is headed for yet another election in the near future. The economic report being tabled by the Conservative government looks unlikely to pass. Also, stripping parties of their subsidies favours only one party. Take a guess who it is...
- I've been listening to a lot of CBC radio and it's making me consider journalism. I care about stuff. I like telling people about stuff. Could be worse?
- Jody is away for a few days running a marathon. It's strange being alone in the apartment. Don't really care for it.
- Playing Rock Band 2 while drinking plum wine isn't a terrible way to spend an evening. Doing so while not wearing pants is quite pleasant.

That sounds like something I'd do, too

Ah. Well, I don't know about Alberta in general, but Winnipeg people tend to piss me off as customer. Meh.
