Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. Sorry I haven't written back to you guys but I was busy hanging out with Jody.

So I now have to choose between losing my job or switching to permanent backstage duties. That means working 7-11 PM Tuesday through Saturday and pretty much all day Sunday. That means I have no social life, no weekends and no vacation. I can't go see shows. Can't go to football or hockey games. Can't leave town to visit my parents or my girlfriend. I'm basically fucked both ways. And I was just starting to feel good about things...

I give up on theatre. It clearly doesn't want me.
