Yaaay new computer. God it's hard not having a computer, especially in my final year of uni..! Here's to hoping that I can get my printer to work again.
So my piercings are healing nicely, I'm especially impressed with my tragus, I could sleep on it the night I got it done. My septum was little moody, and my lips being a little bitch atm.. but it will be good soon *fingers crossed* =)
Oh and I found out that I have a stress fracture in my right foot lol. This whole time I thought it was because of my new orthodics. So I have uni and/or work on every day of the week and never have time off and am falling behind in uni, and the podiatrist said that the only way it will heal is with 'rest'. I scoffed and said "yeah, that's not gonna happen!" he said "either way it will, because it will get so painful you won't have the choice of walking anymore." touche salesman.
SO I went in and worked a 5 hour shift tonight anyways, cause I'm a trooper, and my foot is killing me! I'm contemplating calling in sick tomorrow to rest it. My supervisor just doesn't get it. I said that I can't work 5 days in a row next week because of the fact that I have a stress fracture in my foot and her reply was "But this weeks busy" .. Well I'm sorry, I will make sure to injure myself when it's convienient FOR YOU. And so I still haven't gotten an answer as to whether I can not work two of those days to give my foot healing time, she said she'd let me know.. and I've asked her for less shifts before.. I'm falling behind at uni, it's my last semester! I am missing out on student welfare payments cause I'm earning too much there because of the ridiculous amounts of shifts they're giving me. I don't have enough time to even go food shopping, thus why not having a computer for such a long time (to me) wasn't that noticeable.. and now I have a stress fracture in my foot, and she's still just 'considering' letting me work less, even though it's meant to be a part time job.
Sorry about the massive rant, it's just seriously getting to me atm.
