Ok before I really start my updating I need to fill in some background info. As some of you know Im the Chef at Southside Grill in Delta BC and the owners used to be a married couple named Vlad and Betty. I say used too be cause they are Devoiced now.
Now the Update
I worked a 13 hour day on Saturday and about half way through my shift Betty walks in and says out of the blue "If I get my way your takin care of" Im like what does that mean?" with out telling ya a very long story she is going to open her own Resaurant and wants me to be the Chef. What a great oppertunity!
There is a problem tho, well many I think.
+ she buys Vlad out and has this resaurant and people stop going due to Vlad not being there
+ she opens a new resaurant in the same area and she doesnt do well cause Vlad has lots of "friends" in the area
+ We make diffrent style of food and people hate it.
Alltho Im the Chef at southside I havent dont the bussness side that much due to the constant fighting from the two owners I have a food costing of 30% that I go by. So if I buy something at 1 dollor I got to sell it at 4 dollors and I do that for every invoice I get in on a daily basis. Insead of having it all on my computer it done in my head cause I cant keep the invoices.
So if Betty opens or takes over the/her resaurant Im The True CHEF!!! So I depend on you my SG friends to eat at my place everyday (when it opens)
