So Im home today cause my boss is worried about me driving to work in this "Blizzard". How nice of him to be so consered about me. Ya right!!!!!!
Its more like hes pissed at me and told me not to come in.
You see last night he comes in and says Im going to make Squash ravioli for tomorrows dinner and Im like OK Ill get the Squash ready for ya. about 2 hours later the ravioli are done and he makes an order. The sauce is wild mushroom and black truffle.
If ya know anything about food or if ya dont Truffle is a very strong flavor. So I tasted the ravioli and all I taste is truffle and a hint of Squash. And I tell him that and hes like thats what I want so I say why dont ya make Truffle ravioli insted of squash cause I cant tasted the squash.
So his pissed at me for telling him the truth about the dish.
Later I was making a Zabaylon with Grand Marnier and I only used about 1 Oz. and he fliped out about it and I said the old chef used it and he said No he didnt but the old chef trained me so I know that was BS.
Im looking for work at the moment. I got a call from Gorgia today from a hotel that wants to have a interview on monday over the phone. I just know its time to move, Ive done everything I could do at my job and cant or wont learn anymore.
I would love to move to Toronto again but there doesnt seem to be any jobs online. Or I so would love to move to Navada or the south. and maybe to the east cost of canada.
