Well I had the best complement the other day at work, One of the tables said that I make better food then La Belle Auberge which was there fave place to eat. After hearing this I was like really wow Im good.
I have nothing but respect for the Chef at La Belle Auberge, Bruno Martie is the "Godfather" of Culinary in Canada and he gave me advice once that I wont for get "never use black pepper on salmon unless it is wild salmon".
I just feel so happy that someon eout there in this world loves my cooking over his (Chef EGO)
