Today Fucken Kicked Ass.
At school today we were doing desserts and as a Group we had to make a platter with 8 items on it and 1 plate with another dessert on it that was going to be tasted by the Chef.
The group Platter was nice but my dessert was Awesome!
I made a Green Tea Panacotta, Chocolate Sushi, sesame Brittle and a ginger ice cream. The chef looked at it and said ooooo beautiful just beautiful!
P.S. I suck cause I forgot my cam to take pics of all the wonderful desserts
