A spastic transvestite with mental disabilities.....I hired one today 
I love my job! sHe is going to be our host(ess) with more! Awww I'm making a joke of it, and I shouldn't and normally I wouldn't but it is kind of funny
My job is a funny job though I'm aloud to do almost anything and have been given no limitations to what I can do. Its basically social work focussing on the integration of mentally disabled people into society. We do many great projects with clubs/schools/buisnesses/theaters and general public in the area...all based on education-integration etc. Our base/office is situated in a living/care centre, where people live (elderly and handicapt), OR where people come for fysical/mental care (fysiotherapy-social work-cheap meals-church-computerlessons- extra school tuitions-day care- a drink at the bar- to watch football matches on screen/films/ or even live bands etc). Anyhoo....this person can't fit in anywhere...seeing as I'm rather a colorful person working in a place where you dont normally find colorful people working...I decided to take him/her under my wing. She will be serving coffee and tea during activities for elderly through out the week. Also she likes to chat, so I hope people will be openhearted and minded enough to chat back. I've warned her that people might be prejudiced, but she wants to give it a go.
She really does look like a man though...with waaay too much make up and a really bad fucking wig
then there's the spastic arm movements and that laugh, haha. Jeeesh I couldn't turn her away..I'm a sucker for outcasts. 
In work I've also recentely met a real hunk of a man. Thomas 
I'm working with him briefly, he's a writer and art director and he's using the restaurant of the care center as the scene of a play in june. 4 performances will be played and he's hanging around a lot getting inspiration. He's so cute...not my type though probably...I mean he's wel spoken, intelligent, cute, sweet, gorgeous, about my age, seems to be pretty sober and a non drugs user, creative, funny....perfect....and probably I'll chew him up and spit him out in 5 minuits. Why do I always fall for the problem cases...wish you could influence who you fall for.

o.k o.k that is so fuckin' cool. A spastic trannie with a bad wig and way too much makeup.. you have the best job, i have to go out to clubs to find people like that to hang out with.

Your work sounds really interesting. I hope all goes well with the play... And the cute guy! Maybe you should offer your new colleague (the tranny, not the cute guy) some makeup tips? Tactfully, of course...
