Things need to get done, but I'm not sure just what it is that needs be done.

I need a staff. Preferably robots or gremlins, must be able to take handwritten dictation, type 80 words per minute, handle calls and schedule appointments, and sort and organize forms, papers, and correspondence.
I also have positions for maintanence and janitorial staffers, security, and teamsters.
I can pay you in left socks, shiny objects, hopes, dreams, and laughter.
I know it's not quite union, but we've got a great work environment and there is plenty of nesting space in the walls if you're willing to work around some wiring.
And if you know someone who builds secretarial robots, I will foster your children.
