would it be weird to drop a fledgling design career and go back to school to do a PhD in a west coast indigenous language? i'm sometimes a little impulsive... o.k. i'm totally crazy. but this is my new plan. language revitalization. it's important. and maybe then i could have a job that would feed me, as well as doing something fulfilling, instead of creating meaningless advertisements. what do you think? good idea? bad idea?

I agree with the above comment. Do both. Cant put all your eggs in one basket. I think it's a great idea to go back to school. I know a ton of designers, but I dont know anyone with a doctorate in language. So, yeah. Sounds good.

Yeah Im wanting to do the school by day and work by night next year. I think it will be really good for me.
