There's no reason for anyone to be reading this and therefore no real reason for me to write, but I have the day off and actually have time to update this journal I so foolishly started.
I have today off from work so I can sit around and wait for a repairman to show up and replace the motor in my dishwasher. woo-hoo. I just bought the thing last summer and last week I received a letter from the Whirlpool corporation saying that I needed to call them to set up a time for someone to come out and replace the motor as it has been found to have a propensity to catch on fire. Also, if I could immediately stop using it and unplug it, that would be great. So now I am waiting for somebody to call and say when they're showing up. It was stressed by the gal from Whilrpool's Consumer Recall line, that the tech will call before going out and if no one answers, the won't show. On the plus side, I have time to poke around on the site and post if I like. The down side, of course, is that I am stuck waiting by the phone.
Anyway, nothing else to write about really, I mean work has pretty much consumed most of my waking hours and nothing unusual or odd has happened there so there's really not any reason to bring it up.
