ok so i didnt do a single thing on my to do list yesterday. that was pretty pathetic. i did go to a spontaneous bonfire last night though. that was pretty fun. it was cold and windy but we hudled together by the fire, the five of us. we toasted marshmellows and hot dogs and the occasional sun chip (which by the way were alarmingly flammable) and sang to crappy music playing on the radio. its days like that when i really do love my friends.
i hope i never get old. and i hope i never give up.
i hope i always feel free. and i hope i always feel loved. cause the worst thing in the world is feeling alone.
on that note i just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posted in my journal. your guys made my day!

The bonfire sounds like a good time. I think it's been over a decade since I've been to one, and your description has me quite envious.
Your entry reminds me of the fortune I got in my fortune cookie the other day: "To be eighty years young is more cheerful and hopeful than forty years old." I think that's so true. You just have to enjoy life and your place in it. Age is relative.
