wow i havent been online in what feels like forever. mmm nothing incredibly interesting has been going on though. i spent fourth of july with my friends' family. that was actually a ton of fun. usually i absolutly hate holidays, especially my birthday. and my family isnt big on doing "family" stuff so we never really had huge fourth of july bbqs or anything growing up. and ive worked the last two 4ths so i really havent had like a real teenage 4th either. well yeah this year i got both. it was a bang. spent all day with my fake family and spent all night drinking. jello shots will be the death of me. the next morning though i woke up to find numerous small burns where portions of my skin were missing and a piece of glass in one of my fingers. and i didnt even light a firework!

um. a couple nights ago i went to go see the blood brothers play at the troubadour. that was tons of fun too. good music, an incredibly hot crowd, and a few friends. the night was a perfect way to end my day. i noticed though that when i get really excited at shows i tend to tense up, alot. haha the next day i felt like i had run a marathon. and even today like 4 days later some odd parts and such are still sore. but its ok. i actually like feeling sore, it makes me feel like i worked hard and actaully accomplished something. so what if it isnt true.

i went to the beach today for a bonfire. that was pretty cool. it was really cool cause my friends were there but kinda sucky cause it was of course at the beach. dont get me wrong i love the beach scene, the weather, the community, etc. i mean i even go to school at the beach, but i hate the actual beach. its hot, dirty, the air is salty and makes my hair feelincredibly disgusting, and that stupid sand stuff gets everywhere. beyond all that crap though it was nice. we even brought glow sticks and danced around to some kicken dance music as it got dark. yeah good times.

hmm im gonna end this action packed week by going shopping tomorrow and out to lunch with my best friend. so yeah im gonna trek it up to santa barbara for the day. im looking very foreward to some theraputic shopping with my four best friends. sometimes you just really need a relaxing chill day. mmmm i cant wait.

yeah im still really sucky about posting right now. but dont worry im soo gonna make it up to you all on monday. youll see oh youll see. hopefully next week things will return to normal a bit. maybe then ill actually write a fucking interesting journal entry huh!

ps even though i just tooko a shower i still have that mesquite grilled bonfire smell. i still feel dirty. damn the beach. and im slightly pink. grrrr
