Hey there,

1. The bad news is that we didn't get that house......but the good news is we had an offer accepted on another one yesterday! Horay! Here are some pics.....







It looks a bit smaller from the outside but its not, its just covered by a big magnolia tree! Lovely!
So I am working a lot of my days off to save up more money to spend on it, also I have a lot of people on my waiting list now so it kills two birds with one stone. Anyone who wants something starting in December let me know!
It has a beautiful big garden for my doggies, I really want to knock a lot of the walls down between the lounges and the kitchen to make downstairs more open plan and put a glass extension on the back! Grand plans! How exciting! I am just waiting for the survey now, so hopefully there will be no problems, that should take 4-6 weeks, maybe more with xmas coming! Aaargh I want it now! What need is a builder who wants a backpiece or two

Moseley where I am moving to is kinda like a little village within a city, there are lots of cool arty shops, modern restaurants and bars and there is a big private park where you have to have a key to get in, like a secret garden. Oh I am so excited, we are going to get a key and take the dogs there on xmas day for the first time, I hope it snows
