i just made the best hot chocolate with real choc and tia maria. i couldnt decide which to have so i had both! i am staying in tonight so i can get loads of jobs done tomorrow...mainly throwing all my crap away that i end up collecting. i just don't know where it all comes from!
i am also going xmas shopping
oooh, i am starting to feel very festive. i love getting pressies for people and wrapping them up all pretty then about bursting with excitement when you know you have got something someone will love
oh and i am gonna buy some jumpers, its fucking freezing and i hate it
alwaysbeingblue starts on monday, its gonna be cool and i have her all to myself next weekend too. she has been away the last few weekends and i have missed getting hammered with her and kogii- she is too popular!
i heard the best joke today. my dog has REALLY REALLY bad breath and he yawned in my friends face. my friend said that he had the "gob of eternal stench"...labyrinth! d'ya get it?! i actually cried laughing!! maybe you had to be there.

reminds me of one of the times i saw the stranglers. it must have been in the late 80s as Hugh Cornwell was still fronting the band. someone in the audience threw a full pint over Jean Jaques Burnel, who threw off his guitar (to avoid electrocution) and dived into the throng after his assailant, followed by the rest of the band. After giving him something to tell his friends about, the stranglers came back on stage and played the rest of the set with such raw energy that i was stunned. I don't condone violence, but i thought this was very rock 'n' roll.
