what a week!!!!!
i hate being a boss sometimes! it doesn't come easy to me but i have to try to do the right thing for the business.
i had to tell our receptionist/piercer to pull her socks up a bit and use some initiative, to do the jobs she was asked to do when she was asked to do them and by now she should also be able to do some jobs without being asked by! i was getting pissed off with working my ass off all day and looking over at her while she was sat about when there was loads of jobs to be done... and i was paying her for what?! to play on her phone all day
i think that she had misunderstood the fact that we all get on well and have a laugh, thinking it was a doss job.
well anyway she took it very badly, she was very upset and she decided she didn't want to work for us anymore. but i think that was for the best, and we decided that day who we should offer the job to......

she starts next monday. i think its gonna be really cool, she is very practical and hard working and i think she really will be an asset to the company and help us to achieve the plans that we have for the shop.
its funny because although we are coping with no receptionist for a week its actually a lot less stressful because we know we have to do the work. instead of asking her to do it then stressing out all day when it isn't getting done.
i am going to see tracy chapman with my mom in a few hours, we are going for dinner first, i am really looking forward to it.
i am going to see the white stripes in manchester on thurs, they are fucking amazing live so that will be fun.
i havn't really got much done this week apart from stressing about work so i am looking forward to a fresh start when
alwaysbeingblue starts.
i have shot a new set and sent it off now so fingers crossed it will get accepted. how exciting!

tracy chapman was so awesome. she is a godess with the voice of an angel. i had an amazing night, it bought tears to my eyes
