This was a long weekend for me since I was off from work on Friday. In an effort to maximize my time I planned out a few things.
Friday started with a movie. I saw Watcher. It is a decently done thriller about a woman who thinks she is being watched and followed by a neighbor. After the movie I went to the beach for a bit. I listened to a couple of podcasts before heading out. Gray days keep the people away.
I closed the night out with a ballgame. My favorite team, the New York Mets, are in town to play the Dodgers.
It was Pride Night which added a different wrinkle to the game since there were a lot of people in the crowd who don't usually go to baseball games. That meant lots of standing in the aisles as people were lost and could find their seats and plenty of slow walking in the concourse for the same reason.
Yesterday I hung out with a friend from work. I was my old partner whom I hadn't seen since he transferred. We watched another movie. This one was Crimes of the Future. It wasn't great. On our way, I saw this guy by the freeway:
I thought the sign was unique. I can confirm when I saw him later in the day that he got his bullets when I saw him carrying some beers in a bag.
Today was more baseball and back home to watch some shows on television.
It is back to the office tomorrow.
