It has been a low key time lately. My days have mostly been consumed with my primary passions of baseball and films. I have been writing a baseball blog for a website and also started a baseball podcast. I really appreciate having a good partner on the show. My weeks become a blur once Wednesday hits. Monday and Tuesday are the two quieter days of my weeks now.
It is good to be able to focus my energies there. The lonesome feelings only really hit me at times like this, when I am in between activities; in this case dinner by myself. Looking out the window made me a bit pensive.
I did take a minor league game on Friday. The local nature of it is always refreshing. The mascot is the brother-in-law of an old friend of mine. I am glad he left me alone this time because I end up in the act if he recognizes me.
I hope I can keep the wheels turning by staying busy.
