Today is Columbus Day and I got to go to downtown and go shopping and eat a bunch of junk food! I also bought a new compact refill ($30!) and a bracelet for my friend Gabby!

Franny and Zooey is by far my favorite Salinger and one of my favorite books overall. I just reread it a couple weeks ago. I had read Raise High/Seymour again and then F&Z right after that. I'm holding off a bit on Catcher and 9 Stories, but I will be rereading those sometime soon.
