Wow I seriously work with the most idiotic and unsympathetic people EVER. I just left work and a girl I work with, who is only 17 by the way, was telling me something about one of my fellow managers. Last night the 17 year old had to work at 4, but she received a phone call at 3:30 saying that her aunt had passed away. Now she didn't want to call off on such short notice so she made the trip into work, hoping she could leave earlier. She told my fellow manager what had happened and her response was "Well I'll TRY to let you go early." WTF!!?!?! So this poor girl spends the night half in tears and she only got to leave an hour early, she ended up working until 11. How heartless is that? I'm sure the only reason she wasn't left go was because the said manager couldn't handle being short handed for a night. I would have let her go right away so she could be with her family, but then again maybe I'm just too nice eh??? I'm probably going to tell my boss about it because I call some major bullshit.

In other news, anyone heard this new Britney Spears song Cold as Fire??? It sucks my balls.
