::sigh:: Another night home after work. Sorry if this entry bums anyone out, but someone might as well join me. I hate being broke all the time. I found out today that I have a total of $5 to my name. Although according to my checkbook I should have about $125. Where the hell a hundred or so dollars gets to is beyond me. So now I have to waste gas tomorrow driving to the bank and figuring out exactly where the hell it got to.
I'll probably have to borrow money from my mom again which I hate doing because the missing money was for my phone bill. I also have to make a car payment and help the boy get some tires for his car all before we leave for the beach. Thank god Pat's parents are paying for a lot of things on the trip. How do people do it seriously?? How does anyone have "extra" money anymore. At this rate I'll never get any tattoos that I really want because I'll never be able to afford them.
I don't get how high school or college is supposed to prepare you for the "real world". They should just have one class that continues through 12 grades and it should be "How to give your entire hard earned paycheck to other people." And the follow up refresher course would be "Did you really think that you got to keep that money???" I feel like I should go warn some high school kids even though they're obnoxious.
But to end on a good note the boy and I decided we still love each other even though we are both broke ass bitches haha.
And I also dyed my hair back to black today because when purple fades it turns into a nice poop brown color. And I think I'm gonna try and gauge my ears tomorrow ::crosses fingers:: and hopefully they go in.
I'm going to try and sleep now. Much love to everyone <3

The way i started saving money was by getting rid of my ATM/Debit card. Cause that forces you to either use a check or go to the bank everytime you need money. So i kind of stopped buying things I really didn't need cause it was to much of a hassle writing out checks or going to the bank all the time. Also, open a savings account and a checking account in two different banks. For the savings account don't request any ATM or debit card. To add money either deposit directly into it, or use checks. Try to save at least 20 bucks out of every pay check. Also if possible start up a 401k account that is probably the easiest and best way to save money if you are a spender. They automatically withdraw money from all the checks you get and you really don't have access to it. But that is more of a long term move, but totally worth it. Good luck lady.

I know how you feel being broke. I try not to think about it, you know, working two jobs to survive. Instead I put all of my tips in my savings (which isn't that much. Our coffee shop just opened. It's like $20 a week) and pay bills with the rest of both checks. And I try to treat myself to something, even if it's just a pair of socks! so I don't feel like I'm chained to serve the man. Damn the man!
