-But anyway, the whole thign might not go down for a while now, it seems. The real answer is, if it were to go down, on say, this september 1st, would you be able to swing the rent for a whole year? because we're looking to find 3 people to commit to the whole lease. Not wanting to have to find someone to replace anyone else in the middle of it. I guess you could call it anxious, it's more of a curiosiy, becasue you were saying how expensive the pomona is, and it's a fraction of what OPP would be.

Arrival is the one that I saw at your place, the one I told you was the one I thought was all uber-cool and stuff (the other stuff is also great). So whatever works, I think what you came up with is far more interesting than a vase of flowers

it sounds like the money and the timing are all sorts of not working out-ish. you already have the place in pomon, and it'd cost more than twice that. like 6ish.
-it has sounded to me like your whole thing does not mesh with this. aren't you supposed to be off jetting to like europe or something?

well we are looking for a new participant, but it's gonna be significantly more than this place in pomona, and it'd be a year lease thing, so if you're jetting off to europe or something it wouldn't be a lock-down.

Hmm. Yes. That does not sound like a good situation. I tend to stop talking and swallow the bile when I realize both sides are so firmly entrenched in their ideals that neither will even listen to the other side. Not an option for you at that time, though.

perhaps the judges were insane. and not the cool criminally insane, but just drools-too-much insane. regardless, I think they missed out on a great opportunity.
