It starts Tuesday at the Municipal Court of Seattle. According to an attorney at work, it should be a short trial for a small crime - "drugs or something." My jury duty was for July 19th, too. And they said they'd cover bus fare. I'm probably not going though, sadly, at least for another six months. I hope you have fun at yours. I was kind of looking forward to it.

For the HL2 level I'm working on, I'm using just the standard HL2 mapping software (Hammer 2.0; bundled with the SDK) and the stock textures. Still to be done is more texture work, lighting tweaks, and I think it needs more physics objects to play with -- otherwise we might as well be playing the original half-life. In any case though, it's a lot of fun, and the CAD stuff is good practice.
