So, another year almost gone. My dad always used to say that the older you get, the faster time goes. It seems to be true, or it could be that when you're younger you just don't keep track. Every month of my adult life has been puncuated by breaking out the checkbook and signing away numbers.
I look back over the past year and reflect, well, no not really. I look back over the past year only because the little "click to edit past entries" option to the right of this little box has reminded me the date.
Been an interesting year I suppose, new faces and new friends, new realizations and experiences.
As for resolutions, I don't believe in them. I have no apologies and plenty of bad habits. I'm sure one days I'll start exercizing and eating right and quit smoking and stop swearing and all those fucking things everyone always says they'll do and have reverted back to by the second week of January. So fuck that, I'll get around to it all eventually.
