Well, my trip to Anchorage, Alaska is coming to an end. I really like it here, but I'm ready to be home. Miss hanging with my friend, Brandy, and definitely miss my dog. Strange how you get attached to the little guy, but if you've ever met rudy, you'd know he's got an attitude all his own. Brandy is keeping an eye on him, but I'm sure he'll be happy when I return.

Anyhow, the trip has been stressful. Installed a new server, transferred datayadda..yadda. users gripingyadda..yaddarouter goes down.yadda..yadda. The rest of the trip, besides only getting 4 hours of sleep total on the first 3 days, was alright The first day was a bit hair raising. My plane landed Sunday evening, and I get to the hotel, open the curtains, and a moose is stairing into the window from about 10 feet away. People here say he was the welcoming committee, but I think he was just a perv moose, or a peeping moose.

Anyhow, as of Wednesday it started snowing, and that was a bit fun. Went to eat at hooters a lot. Met a new friend, kept me company a lot while I ate.

Well, my plane leaves at 5:40 this evening, and I'll be back in Houston at around 7am Sunday morning. Ick, but it'll be good to be home.
