I`m playing WoW now and enjoying it. I bought eve, but cancelled right away. I spent three days playing and just thought, I don`t have the fucking time. Why make it so involved. I want to pay and play. Give me the involved a bit later.
WoW has its problems too. i played FF11 for a while also, and some parts were brilliant, especially hanging out in the grass trying to stalk some beasty that could easily kill you if you didn`t get a good start on it. The auction house was great too. Levelling took too long though. Ultimately that`s where it failed.
So WoW. Graphics sometimes fuck up. Not much chatting. I think MMORPGs are still in their infancy. You should be able to move your character around servers. There should be some way to make people play together.
I haven`t played anything that was as good a PSO for Dreamcast. The actual game was mediocre, but when you played online it was awesome. Didn`t seem to work on the gamecube so well, or I was bored of playing by then.
What are your thoughts? (I have noone to talk to about these things)
