Yay! I am officially Linuxed. I got my wireless working (not seamlessly, but it is working, and that's a start), plus I can play DVD's. Now I just need to get my webcab and memory card working, but that's on the back burner.
I went to my friend's birthday party the other night at this bar downtown where she bartends, and it was so much fun. Her adorable big brother regaled me with card magic all night, and she made my drink for me. Yes, there is a drink at that bar named after me, hehe.
I invented a drink once, for an old girlfriend. It was called a Ruby Slipper. She was obsessed with the Wizard of Oz. It had vodka, gingerale, and grenadine in it, then like 10 maraschino cherries mixed in with the ice. Everytime she'd stop by the bar where I was working, she'd get Shirley Temples from me. Plus she loved cherries.
